I offer intuitive and compassionate bodywork specializing in Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release. I find great joy in helping people regain pain free mobility and return to the activities they love. I utilize a variety of modalities, customized to meet your body's needs, in that moment. I understand that bodywork needs can change on a day to day basis. I  often feel like a detective- seeking out the best modality for the moment, and honing in on areas that need attention. For this reason, the treatment may differ between appointments. I always strive to give the best treatment possible, for your body, on that particular day.
